Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
At Jemma Blom Studio, each piece is made with care, intention and a hands-on process.
Shipping
All orders within South Africa are shipped via trusted local couriers. Free shipping applies to local orders over R1200.
International shipping will be available soon. Please sign up for notifications to be the first to know when it launches.
Orders
Orders are normally dispatched within the same week if the item is in stock. The cost of delivery is added to your order total before payment is taken. If the item is made to order, timelines and delivery will be discussed personally.
Tracking and Responsibility
Tracking information and insurance are provided with every order. Once the order has left our studio, the buyer assumes all responsibility.
Delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed and Jemma Blom Studio accepts no liability for late or non-delivery.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If a package is lost or stolen, a claim must be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with Jemma Blom Studio. If tracking shows that a package has been delivered and the customer is unable to locate it, Jemma Blom Studio is not responsible and cannot issue a refund or store credit. The products covered by each order are at your risk once the order is handed over to the carrier. Jemma Blom Studio cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, please email us with photos immediately upon arrival so that we can arrange a refund or replacement. Return shipping costs for damaged items are covered by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Stock Availability
We strive to keep stock levels in the online shop up to date, but occasional errors may occur. If an item listed as in stock is actually out of stock, we will contact you to provide an estimated time for making a new one or offer a refund.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it quickly.
Handmade variations in shape, size and glaze movement are part of the making process and are not considered defects. Custom orders, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
All sales are final.
